No. Affberry ships a lightweight JavaScript snippet and server-side webhook for conversion events. Most merchants paste one script tag and are tracking clicks and sales the same day; developers can go deeper with our REST API if needed.
Yes. You can bulk-import affiliates, historical commissions, and referral codes via CSV, or connect an existing Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom storefront through our integrations.
Features
Affberry uses first-party cookies plus server-side conversion events to attribute sales across devices and sessions, with configurable attribution windows (last-click, first-click, or time-decay) so you can match the model to your sales cycle.
Pro includes tiered, multi-tier commission plans. Full multi-level (MLM) genealogy — where up-line affiliates earn override credit on the sub-affiliates they recruit, with configurable depth, percentages, and payout caps per tier — is available on Pro+.
You can set rules that trigger on events — approve affiliates automatically, adjust commission tiers after a sales threshold, send follow-up emails to inactive affiliates, or flag suspicious traffic for review — without writing code.
The AI assistant (Pro+) answers natural-language questions about your program's performance, surfaces trends and anomalies in clicks/conversions, and can generate exportable reports on demand, so you don't need to build custom dashboards.
Yes. Every plan includes a lightweight CRM for tracking affiliate applicants and partners through custom pipeline stages, with notes, tags, and activity history per contact.
Billing & plans
Free covers core tracking, links, and a limited number of active affiliates. Pro adds automation rules, up to 500 active affiliates, and multi-level commissions. Pro+ adds unlimited active affiliates, the AI assistant, advanced forecasting, and priority support. See the Pricing page for full details.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep access to what you've already paid for.
Affberry tracks and calculates everything owed to each affiliate, including multi-level overrides, and gives you an export-ready payout report. You control the actual payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe Connect, etc.) — we don't hold or move your funds.
Yes, both paid tiers include a trial period so you can test automation, replicated sites, and the AI assistant before committing, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
Support
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use role-based access control for your team, and affiliates only ever see their own tracking data and commissions — never other affiliates' data.
Free plans get community support. Pro adds email support with a target response time of one business day. Pro+ adds priority support with faster response times and access to a dedicated onboarding session.
Tracking and affiliate data can be exported as CSV on every plan; commission-history export is available on Pro+. Either way, you're never locked in.
